A trust under Trust Act 1882, has a fiduciary relationship in which one party known as a trustor and another party known as a trustee gives the right to hold title of property or assets for the benefit of a third party, the beneficiary. One settler or creator of the trust who creates the trust and appoints trustees minimum of two, to take care of the beneficiaries as well trust properties as per the objects of the trust.
